What experiences make you a great ambassador?
Hello everyone! I am Akanksha , I am from India but I’ve lived in Dubai, UAE ever since I can remember. When I came to Brno I knew no one. Adjusting in a new country where you don’t know anyone was a little difficult for me if not for the extremely social and friendly University and Student pages. There must be a ton of questions rising in your minds regarding Brno and the faculty but worry not! Because I am here to make sure you all have the most comfortable transition from your home to Brno and guide you through any difficulties!

What advice would you give to new students?
To the new students my advice would be to avoid the “snowball effect” which is to consciously push a subject to the next semester, creating a backlog, having done so myself it really is a very stressful thing to put yourself through. Try to manage your time wisely and figure out your method of studying before the exam season.

What do you love most about Brno?
The thing I love most about Brno are the scenic views and the beautiful skies whenever I go out for a jog in the morning, it really is a sight to behold! And most definitely the aesthetic libraries and cafes which help you focus better.
