Research Integrity
The basic pillars of scientific integrity are ethical conduct, reliability, honesty, respect and responsibility. Good research practice should stand firmly on these pillars.
Scientists should be aware of their social responsibility and should manage their funding, which comes mainly from public sources, responsibly and efficiently, and strive for results that benefit the general public.
Respect for the values of scientific integrity and academic ethics are among the strategic priorities of Masaryk University. That is why we have been a member of the European Network for Academic Integrity (ENAI) since 2017

- reliability in research quality assurance, methodology, analyses and use of resources
- honesty and transparency in research at all stages
- Respect for colleagues, intellectual property, research participants, society and the environment
